Oysters

It has always been a dream of mine to start a company and to build a brand people recognize and love. In May of 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I founded a direct-to-consumer oyster bar experience called Austin Oyster Co.

Austin Oyster Co. now has 10 employees and operates in Texas and Maine. We grow our own oysters in Brunswick, Maine and serve them to customers through private appointments at their home and at various pop-up events around Austin.
